Hello all!
I went in for my 25 week appointment today. At today's appointment I was given the gestational diabetes test, I also had my TSH level tested. I will be getting the results of those by next week I believe.
Baby is doing well. His heartbeat sounded great. My doctor is very pleased with where my blood pressure is currently and says that I have done a GREAT job with my weight gain...only 7 pounds total, so far!! I was measuring at 30 instead of only 25, but she said that could be from the position the baby was in at the time. I have an ultrasound scheduled for next Friday to check out his size, etc. so we will know more after that.
She now wants me to see a doctor every two weeks...mainly to keep an eye on my blood pressure. My next doctor's visit is on Friday March 13. Once I reach 32 weeks I will be going in every week and will have a stress test (which is when they put a fetal monitor on me) and a biophysical profile (which is an ultrasound).
Otherwise we are all doing well. So far we have been staying healthy, so that is a blessing. We have the house pretty much set for baby, though we do want to buy some new furniture (couch and rocking chair) before his arrival! We have repainted the kids bedrooms. The boys will be sharing Sydney's old room, and Sydney moved into Christopher's old room. We have a little more work to do on Sydney's room before it is complete. Our good friend Brittany is assisting with the painting! :)

21 weeks part 2
Sorry I didn't get on here this weekend to update after my doctor's appointment on Friday, but we had a busy weekend!
Baby Boy Maller is right on track! I am measuring right where I am supposed to be and the doctor said I am doing great with my weight, etc. My next doctor's appointment will be at 25 weeks, (on February 27) I will be having my glucose test that day as well(diabetes screening). My next ultrasound will be at 26 weeks on March 6 and then I will have my next ultrasound at 32 weeks. At 32 weeks, my doctor will have me do weekly appointments and I will have to do a stress test at each one (basically being hooked up to a fetal monitor) and I will be doing a biophysical profile (which I have no idea what that is) so I plan on researching it on the internet! My doctor is being cautious with me because of the hypothyroidism and high blood pressure, the pregnancy is totally normal and going smoothly. She says that she is optimistic that I will deliver this baby by 37 weeks (I told her yeah, right...my babies don't like to come out!!)
We finished painting the kids rooms this weekend! We are still doing some more to Sydney's room at some point, but the major color changes happened. We are really happy with the results. Thanks to Brittany, who did all of the painting! We love it!!
